How It Looks

How It Works

We coordinate with VA Medical Centers across the country to match corporate teams who want to provide a Cheeriodicals duffle bag for hospitalized Veterans.

We deliver all the materials, tools, and instructions to the sponsoring company’s meeting location.

The event is custom-designed to fit the needs of the sponsor, including the number of team builders participating (20 – 2,000+), the VA Medical Center supported, as well as meeting time requirements.

At the core of these team building activities is a unique combination of teamwork required to build the Cheeriodicals and sharing how the event provided cheer to an entire hospital caring for our country’s heroes!

How It Feels

Following the team building event, a small group of team building participants (10-15) will have the opportunity to personally deliver duffels to the VA Medical Center and hospitalized Veterans.

We coordinate all the details involved in making the duffel bag delivery to the VA Medical Center, VA Community Living Center, or other local Veterans facility.

Two Men and a Truck transports all of the Cheeriodicals duffels from the team building location to the hospital. The Cheeriodicals team and hospital staff organize the duffels so they are ready to be delivered when your team arrives.

Your team will never forget the experience of personally hand-delivering Cheeriodicals to eagerly awaiting Veterans. Delivering a duffel bag takes only a few minutes but the memory created has a lasting impact on everyone involved!
