Though our headquarters is based in Birmingham, we extend our reach wherever your event takes place! Whether the event is around the corner or across the country, our Cheeriodicals team is well-versed in both domestic and international travel.
Prior to our arrival, we maintain open lines of communication, sharing our arrival and check-in times to facilitate seamless coordination throughout the event. Upon reaching the venue, we conduct a brief AV check to ensure technical readiness, and we also pre-schedule a setup time for the Cheeriodicals event. This meticulous approach guarantees a smooth transition into the activities, allowing us to focus on creating an unforgettable experience for all involved.

Easy Setup
Team building events often entail a multitude of supplies and logistical considerations for setup. However, we’ve developed a streamlined system that ensures quick and effortless arrangement! Integral to our approach is the active participation of team building participants in locating and assembling items to craft the perfect Cheeriodicals kit. All components are conveniently packaged, disassembled and consolidated into one box per table, facilitating a hassle-free setup process.
We understand the challenges posed by logistics in large event spaces, but with our efficient setup, many past event hurdles are effortlessly overcome. Worried about the environmental impact? We prioritize sustainability by recycling—our Cheeriodicals supplies arrive in boxes that we reuse to transport completed kits to recipient hospitals or charities. Additionally, cleanup is a breeze! Once kits are assembled and packed for transport, our staff systematically collects reusable items from each table for future events, leaving minimal trash to be disposed of.

Event Timing
We understand the importance of agendas and timing when orchestrating events for you and your clients! That’s why our events are meticulously crafted to deliver maximum impact in a condensed time frame. With durations ranging from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, our team building events are flexible and adaptable to seamlessly integrate into any schedule you’re working with.
In addition to our standard 1-hour team building sessions, we offer an assembly line style event ideal for occasions where time is of the essence, such as during registration, lunch breaks, or happy hours. This format ensures efficiency and engagement, allowing participants to make the most of their time.
If your client has additional time available beyond our standard 1-hour event, we offer the option to extend the Cheeriodicals experience to include kit delivery to the recipient hospital or charity. This typically adds 1 to 2 extra hours to the event duration. Rest assured, even if your client cannot attend the delivery, our dedicated Cheeriodicals staff will be onsite to liaise with staff and ensure the smooth handover with Two Men and a Truck.
